While a lot of companies claim to be ethical I found **** and his team/colleagues to not only be the real deal, but they continued to impress. That is a big deal for me because I have to have good communication with the company I am working with. My roof was damaged in the ice storm and **** got out to my house right away. I had a really great experience with **** and River City Roofing. He was very prompt to respond to all of my questions and talked me through exactly what they were going to do. I bought an older house and after the first big rain, water was dripping into my bedroom through the ceiling and my skylights were leaking. Mike and River City Roofing did a outstanding job. We had hail damage to our roof, he met with the adjuster and worked with our insurance company. The crew that did the tear-off and installation were very meticulous and conscientious about the work they were doing. I would recommend River City Roofing to anyone that is looking for a new roof.
