I never in my life met a person as condescending and rude as Scott. It’s like he enjoyed listing all the things we needed to remove and repair. He also told us the residence would need to be vacated for 6 months while the work would need to be done. His initial estimate was $20,000 maybe more. We contacted someone else and were charged $200. I would not recommend this company.
They are currently drawing work in a complex in which I own a home, and they are parking in fire lanes and blocking handicapped spots with their work trucks because they don't want to have to walk. And when you call, they're really nice and rude and hang up. I don't know who hires these people, but if you're asking them for professionalism, you're going to not get it. Don't know how their work is, but the guy named scott.That answers the phone's a real treat. Hopefully, their work is better than their professionalism.
Great experience with RCR in 2024. RCR (Scott Joseph, CEO and Angie Joseph, Controller) was retained by our Gold River HOA to paint the 90+ houses in our promontory point village in 2024. Their on-site team, Felipe Licera (painting supervisor) and Joe (construction supervisor) were first rate. I got to know Felipe well and he is a all- star.....highly recommended. RCR is doing an excellent job of painting our condominium community. Jose and his crew work diligently together as a team and with little inconvenience to the homeowner. The paint appears to be of good quality resulting in a great appearance. Good job guys!
