Took my 2003 accord to River city repair. Spent $2200 in repairs. Had to take back due to there new battery was bad and whining sound that matched rpm's. They called me and said it was fixed. I asked if the noise was gone. He said yes and said both new battery and power steering pump were both bad, but replaced both and its all good.
