Absolutely Crooked as you can get, Don't be taken in by their lies about no charge for installation charges, The office person told me this as well as the service man who was padding his time and turning in more than what you need for hookup. If I could give these folks a -10 I would. Im reporting them to the Georgia state business admin. My story is too long to post. They dont even have a billing dept , You dont get any bill unless you call and find out you owe them 500 dollars for installation cost for new customers
