I have worked with Phil and Susan at River City Pool Service for many years now not only at work but I also have referred them to friends and family that have pools at home. In fact they are currently taking care of my parents pool and they could not be any happier. Thanks guys for ALWAYS taking care of me.

Unprofessional to say the least! Had a brand new filter and pump installed two months before they took over servicing my pool, within 2 weeks of them taking it over, the filter cartridge was cracked and the pump broke.... when I questioned if the Jandy valves (ability to shut off flow into and out of pump and filter) were closed and the pump deadheaded, I was berated by them and told they'd been doing this for 30 years, they never make mistakes, blah blah blah.
