I have worked with Phil and Susan at River City Pool Service for many years now not only at work but I also have referred them to friends and family that have pools at home. Unprofessional to say the least! Had a brand new filter and pump installed two months before they took over servicing my pool, within 2 weeks of them taking it over, the filter cartridge was cracked and the pump broke.... when I questioned if the Jandy valves (ability to shut off flow into and out of pump and filter) were closed and the pump deadheaded, I was berated by them and told they'd been doing this for 30 years, they never make mistakes, blah blah blah.
