I was sitting by the fireplace the night before Good Friday when I noticed an odd noise. I tracked the offending grind downstairs to the furnace room. Perfect! Just the time for the fan to have a breakdown, on a long weekend. I called up River City on Good Friday morning and Dylan came 'round shortly afterward. My imagination was running wild at the possible cost of a new fan unit but Dylan pulled out a couple of new bearings and the two of us set to work separating the rusty parts. Not happy with how much we paid for a brand new Veissmann boiler. It was a L.O.T. of money, I moved on with that actually, (what choice do I have but pay for it, right?) but for the #VEISSMANN boiler to break down ONLY after almost 4 years and have to pay another bill is just ridiculous! Total rip off in my opinion. For the amount we paid for the brand new boiler, there should be a warranty. How can I not be disappointed?
