Dr Howard is amazing. I had procedure for breast enlargement 2003 and had a rupture I am hopefully having new implants 2010!! I had breast fed and needed a boost. She has great bedside manner and very caring. No one knows I have them. She makes awesome suture lines too. She is fabulous.
