Would give zero stars if I could. Four months ago, I would have given them 5 stars. Walgreens took this pharmacy over and it has been a nightmare. A week late the first month on enteral nutrition. The second month I started calling a week in advance, as I have had to do every month since then, and even starting the process a week ahead is not enough. I have been getting supplies from River City Pharmacy for some years now. The customer service has gone down drastically! I would get a phone call every month to see if I was ready for my son's supplies. Now I'm the one having to call them to see when or if they are going to send them out. I have such a busy schedule that it's not on my mind to call. What is there job?? Very unhappy with this company and how they serve there customers!! Denise
