River City helped me with a Commercial refrigeration repair for a client of mine (Gelateria). Their communication was good and they checked in with me often concerning scheduling. Their technician (Jaimie) was knowledgeable and worked quickly. Good commercial refrigeration contractors are hard to find. I will definitlely call River City again in the future.

I just started working with River City Mechanical and so far they have done fantastic and punctual work! I run a large commercial kitchen for a lodge with over 1000 members. They have fixed multiple issues for me and I look forward to working with them in the future. The admin side of things is very fluid and both technicians that have been on site have gone above and beyond for me and they also have been pleasant to deal with. There was a delay in procuring our new stovetop from the supplier. However, the communication from River City was impeccable, and ultimately, the end result was GREAT! I would definitely recommend River City NW.

We hired this company for a large HVAC project. Long story short - 2 years later it still is not done or working. We had to bring in a separate company to redo the entire project
