I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Kumar Reddy during my visit with my mother. From the beginning, he seemed more interested in criticizing other doctors than in helping her. He complained about primary care physicians referring patients to neurology, suggesting they dump patients on specialists rather than properly evaluating them first. Confused about the reviews , based on my experience it went really well . The staff are kind they were not rude by any means , definitely not chipper or making conversation but respectful. Dr Reddy was amazing he took the time to listen and answer any concerns I had and go over my chart in detail. Don't be discouraged by the reviews .
They verified my insurance after telling me they were in network and they aren't so now I'm stuck with a 300 dollar bill. Won't reduce ir o e anything, will not go back. Office staff not the friendliest either
I made an appointment through ZocDoc to see Dr Reddy and they didn’t honor it! No call, no email, no nothing! The lady at the front desk said they left me a message and I told her that my voicemail is not set up, they couldn’t left a message! I am so frustrated because I have been having chronic migraines, gone to the ER several times and was expecting to be seen today.
