They don’t pick the phone up
The One PA that I spoke with for my tel med visit was nice she listened to and got a course of action. But the everything is not correct I have been out of worse for this head problem which it's being made like it's a regular headache take some Tylenol and you'll be fine. I can't leave my house for more than a few minutes can enjoy anything . Cant work because I can't see the screen . So my disability has asked for the person that is handling my headaches. They are extremely slow.
They never fill out paperwork on time! They never answer the phone when you need them and they only care for certain patients! They literally haven’t done anything for me and they forgot to send out my referral a month ago!
