I have had this storage facility for 3 years now and I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY AND URGE ANYONE who is struggling to make ends meet to consider obtaining a unit here. For 2 units (16x20 & 10x10) I only pay $140/month. Most storage units will not work with you on late fees and if you don't pay within 2 months they lock you out of your facility and sell everything that's inside of it. I'll be honest. No security at all. The gates are always open or unlocked and I wouldn't be surprised if people were running drugs out of the old rotten rv's on the east end. Within 2 weeks of getting a unit our locks were destroyed by someone trying to get in. Had to have the owner come cut the locks and buy me new ones. I would absolutely not urge anyone to use this place.
