I moved from one place to another. There was a 3 day gap in between places. I contacted River City and they offered me the possibility of renting a storage unit for 4 days at a very reasonable price. Before going there, I was able to work things out and so I let them know about it. Without me even asking, they refunded the amount I have paid (since I was not going to use it). This sort of human interaction is priceless, and should I need a storage place, I will 100% go there. THANK YOU
Very good storage facility. The best part is the easy loading bays and the carts they provide to move items to the lockers. Wide hallways and secure rooms. Highly recommend River City Storage.
