I called on Sunday for an appointment because my residential AC was not keeping my home cool when it was as over 100 degrees outside in July. I received an appointment for 8am Monday morning with text updates on the status of the technician. Andrew was on time, respectful, knowledgeable and kind. He was skilled at his job and got me back up and cooling much better. Thank you to Chris and Andrew for the work from your excellent company! I highly recommend this company for your AC needs!! Having a vulnerable family member makes A/C issues especially worrisome. We’ve been a long-time customer and raving fan of Chris Pappas and River City Mechanical. They were VERY responsive yesterday and Andrew had us fixed up in no time. Truly remarkable service, and the invoice was very fair. Our blower motor quit on our a/c unit. We have used these folks a couple of times before. I highly recommend this company for fast service and repair for a/c repair and service. Our unit went out last evening they got out to our home this next morning. Andrew got our unit up and going quickly. Very professional and explained everything.
