This is the first time I actually had an imaging center. Call me and schedule from start to finish. They greeted me by name when I walked in and were professional and friendly. Shelby at the front desk was amazing and the technician that did my CT was wonderful. Thanks for an amazing experience.
After as many mammograms I have had in my lifetime, I still appreciate the technician walking me through every step. This was the process with Tiffany at RCIC. She was professional, kind, patient…everything to make this mammogram the most pleasant. Thank you Tiffany!!!
Got an appointment immediately after my doctor visit. Shelby and Tiffany were friendly and efficient and I had the results back from my doctor in just an hour! It was amazing ! My husband also needed a scan a week later and we had the same great experience and they even had to work through a bit of complication with the insurance coverage. So lucky to have such a good service option in New Braunfels !
FAILED MISERABLY BY THIS PLACE!! Made appointment for an MRI, got orders sent over, cancelled another appointment somewhere else, waited a week to get in, got the reminder call the night before just to drive to facility, wait and then be told "oops, we don't do this kind of MRI scan, our bad" So basically this place delayed my husband's medical journey by a week when had we been told THEY DIDN'T DO THIS SCAN at their location we could have kept the other appointment or looked elsewhere!!! PUT YOUR PATIENT FIRST!!! DO BETTER!
Today was my first time ever visiting and receiving service at River City Imaging Center. From appointment scheduling to finish fantastic experience. Sarah, Shawn, Shelbeigh, Amanda. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! THANK YOU LADIES for providing me with the best customer service I could ever hope for (nowadays it’s just not as common) to experience. THANK YOU LADIES and RCIC!
