He installed two Daiken mini splitters my home. One had to be replaced. The other one quit this summer. Still under warranty. He has been out here several times to his credit. First the wiring within the unit itself was barely touching this was inside. It could have caught fire. He did fix that then he put on another part last Friday. They also had to replace Freon. He only guarantees his work for 30 days, almost all guarantee their craft for a year. There are reasons for this. He installs sub par equipment and expects one to pay him for continuing to work on the units. He has been to the house 4 times and still hasn’t guaranteed the issue is resolved. For the Winston,KO area’s there are much better choices than River City. I do not Recommend. And response to your warranty comment.
