I dropped in for a WOD on Monday, June 9th at Old 97’s 12:00 pm class. I had a great time! Coach Jessica was very helpful and welcoming, as was everyone in attendance. The coach provided a thorough warmup to ensure that we had the movements down, and provided excellent feedback and assistance during the workout to make sure I was using the correct form. I loved my experience and will definitely be back when I’m in town!
The best gym in Danville! Josh and staff always tailor the workouts for your level of comfort/ability. The community built here is unbelievably supportive and friendly. If you want to work out, this is the place hands down!
This CrossFit gym is fantastic! I dropped in for a few weeks while visiting Danville and was so impressed. The coaches are excellent, and the community is incredibly welcoming. Each class was well-structured, focusing on technique and skill while still providing a challenging workout. I loved my time here and can't wait to return.
