Big enough to provide whatever equipment you're looking for, and small enough to help you develop an exercise plan to achieve the results you want. Charismatic staff that knows what they're doing! Great price! Plus a discount for first responders!

I came back to the Cape area for the holidays and needed a place to workout for a week. I usually go to my old stomping grounds when home, but through social media and family, heard about Be Chosen Fitness and thought I'd give them a shot. I was absolutely blown away! This gym has so much to offer! They have tons of equipment, weights, bands, boxing equipment, flex space and even some specialty peices like a pendulum squat & PitShark.
