RCF is an awesome welcoming gym with kind and knowledgeable coaches. I started off with one on one coaching and gradually transitioned to the small group class format. It's been a really great experience and I have felt supported at every step along the way over these past 6 months.
This is an incredible personal training program and gym! They helped me so much through my postpartum journey. I cannot recommend enough! Jacob and Kevin were awesome to work with.
River City Fit has been a crucial part of regaining my mobility and active lifestyle after multiple joint surgeries. Allyssa, Jacob, and Kevin are attentive, creative and caring professionals who can tailor a program to fit anyone’s needs.
I enjoy this gym very much. Trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable with great care for staying safe and proper form. A nice balance of independence and guidance during personalized workouts. Highly recommend.
I absolutely love this gym. A medical restriction kept me out for a while, but what kept me encouraged was the personal attention they give, including weekly check-ins. The trainers make thoughtful tweaks to prevent injury, strengthen weaker areas, and stay aligned with your goals.
