Doctor does great work, friendly staff. I don't need more than a couple of reminders at the most.
Just some mis leading info regarding the rebate if you buy total30 brand contacts, the lady at the front desk desk tells me if I buy $300 worth or 4 boxes “I would get $100 back via rebate”. I received all the info needed today to claim the rebate just for it to tell me the brand isn’t eligible.
Dr Patrick goes above and beyond and truly cares about his clients. The staff is so friendly and helpful, too! You won’t be “just a number” at River City Eye Care!
