I had a full eye exam with Dr. Pedersen and the experience was excellent. Dr. Pedersen was thorough, professional and took the time to explain everything clearly which made me feel confident about my eye health. The opticians and staff were friendly and efficient making the entire visit smooth and comfortable. I left feeling well cared for and informed. A great experience.
I came to River City Eye Care with a painful eye infection and light sensitivity. Dr. Pedersen was excellent—he started my treatment and handled my referral to ophthalmology seamlessly. What impressed me most was his genuine care; he personally followed up via call and text after my specialist visit to see how I was doing. I’m now sending my family here and highly recommend Dr. Pedersen for anyone needing dedicated, professional eye care.
Our whole family has visited River City Eye Care and it was a pleasant experience for each of us. Dr. Pedersen and Sha provide wonderful eye care services. Dr. Pedersen is extremely thorough and spends extra time with his patients, explaining everything along the way, which I greatly appreciate. The staff are kind, patient and very helpful. Highly recommend!
This was my first time visiting River City Eye Care but it won't be my last the optometrist was very nice took extra time to explain things to me he wore a mask because I'm amune compromised cleaned the equipment the staff were friendly and knowledgeable I recommend to anyone. I'm adding more to my review I want to thank all the staff for treating me with respect and kindness every time i go there. I love you all for it.
