⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We cannot say enough wonderful things about River City Events! Their generosity and support played a huge role in the success of our RunRaiser event at Laurier Heights School. Not only did they donate four tents, but they also provided two large 20x20 rental tents that helped create a welcoming and functional space for our students. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The entire team was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping our event succeed. A special thank you to Matthew and Mara... read more
I've been renting from River City Rentals for several years, and they've consistently provided excellent service. Their equipment is reliable, the staff are always helpful, and the rental process is straightforward. I especially appreciate their BBQ grills, they make grilling easy for me and my team during our events. It's great working with a company that's dependable and professional. I highly recommend River City Rentals to anyone looking for quality rental equipment and outstanding customer service.
River City Events was great to work with for our wedding! The communication was timely and their selection is vast. If something was out of stock they were prompt to get a replacement or suggest an alternative if a replacement was unavailable. They have multiple different partnerships with venues in the city so there is no shortage of those with a good word.
What a wonderful experience working with Chrystal and the team at River City Events was. They couldn't have been more helpful, accommodating and understanding. Transforming a metal rodeo hall to a beautiful wedding venue only happened with the beautiful items we were able to access from River City. I can't say enough - Thank you! Though we are 4 hours away, I now know with absolute certainty if we ever have another event - I will be reaching out to you. Have a lovely day!
Had a wonderful experience this week at River city events. We hosted a fundraiser and it was very easy to book, pick up and return the items we rented. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly whether an email, over the phone or in person. Matthew was especially helpful And friendly with loading and unloading the rentals. Many thanks! We look forward to using your rental service again for future events in Edmonton.
