I recently picked up some equipment for coffee and tea , as well as, linen for tables. Everything was in great condition and very clean. The customer service at the front was very helpful over the phone answering my questions and Austin at the warehouse was wonderful helping us pick up and drop off our order. Will rent again from River City Events without hesitation!

My husband and I got many decorative items from River City Events this past summer for our wedding. Everything from chairs, to plates, to napkins, to tablecloths. River City made it very easy to add and make changes to our order and all the products that we rented from them were exactly as we expected. The prices were quite reasonable, and because we had attended their Wedding event earlier in the year, they gave us a discount that they still applied even to items that we added later on. What a great bunch of people at River City! The process to rent what we needed for a large curling event was so user friendly and amazing staff to help if needed. I would recomend them for whatever your event or occasion may be.
