These people rock! Absolutely no comparison between Dr. Liesen and the dentist who did my last root canal. The very friendly and knowledgeable receptionist and his awesome assistant made this dreaded appointment a very pleasant experience.
This place is seriously one of the WORST dentist i have been to. I got referred to them for a root canal as i have a gum abscess…they called me and scheduled a appointment, i show up and all they did was take a x ray and tell me my infection is huge , causing bone loss and almost hitting my nerve so “they’ll get me in as soon as possible” which happened to be 6 weeks out. I am SO scared of dental work but I had a root canal done by them & I’ve never had a better experience. Everyone is also so kind & patient ! Highly highly recommend !!
This is a long post, but I want to tell how great these folks are & honestly, my words won't do justice. To have knee surgery, I have to have Dental Clearance. Before that news, I was already stressed & full of anxiety - the pain was miserable. To then find out I needed 4 root canals, didn't help! BUT as far River City Endodontics so far, ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! Doc is very gentle and extremely proficient. Pleasant interactions with his staff made everything a smooth process. Highly recommend!
