Wish I could leave no stars. I was never treated. I waited for about 6 hours in the emergency room before walking out and they want to charge me $420 from 4 years ago. So upset. Cant get ahold of anyone to tell me anything about this except they want their money. I'm reporting them to the BBB for fraud and I suggest you do as well.

This must be a common practice for this company. I too am also showing a unpaid bill in collections. I've had insurance so I'm not sure where this bill came from. Tried contacting office, left message and of course there is no one to give you any information as to where and when or what. Very frustrating.

I have NEVER been to a hospital under the Baptist health care system so why in the hell do I have a bill that went to collections!?!? I will be taking all legal action that I can against River City Emergency Physicians and everyone responsible for this!!

Why won't you people call back your previous patients. I'd like to take care of that bill, but no correspondence makes that VERY difficult.

I was called by collection's yesterday morning, telling me I owed money for going into the physician's medical center although I was not treated, I did not even see the doctor, all that was done was my information was put down and that was it. I waited for a couple of hours and was not helped so I left. Now I'm receiving a bill and there's no one in the office to answer the phone. I also tried to leave a message and it goes straight to the answering machine. There's no way of contacting them and now I have a big problem.
