Good work but the $150 charge to get them to the house before they lift a tool or troubleshoot is excessive compared to other contractors.

I called to get an estimate on diagnosing/fixing loose ground connections in my granddad's house, they came out and we went around testing and counting all the outlets. I then never received an estimate and never had my calls answered. I would be perfectly fine with it if they declined the job because it's too hard, but leaving me hanging and not accepting my calls is a poor way to do business; now I wouldn't trust them to do the work even if they did get back with me.
