I contacted them last December, before Christmas, to set up training of my service dog. I was told due to the holidays it would be after the first of the year to get him in. I told them of all of my requirements, ability to ignore surrounding other than me, nonverbal commands, the ability to not react to other animals, and the ability to take him out on the water with me.
