I have had no problem with this office until today. I had a tooth crack and clog up my left ear and it sent pain down my jaw. They say they can get u in on an emergency but failed to do so. I set an appointment and they dont tell you anything about billing before you come in. So when i arrived i waited and hour and a half and when they finally came in the room they told me i owe 180. I would think twice before using this dental group, they are fairly incompetent, when my wife got new insurance we were issued this dental office, I had a filling fall out and went in there at 7:15 in the morning, it took them 2.5 hours to put in a temporary filling that fell out on my way back to work, I made a new appt. and at the time explained i had 2 insurances, when I got there they told me they were having problems due to the new year and insurance so they would not be able to do anything. so I took time off work two ... read more
