My hygienist Whitney is the most skilled hygienist I've ever had in my 59 years. And if you have sensitive teeth (I don't, but my wife does) she is the one you want hands down.
For the 22 years that I’ve been seeing Dr Yap I have always had a great experience. He is kind and knowledgable and genuinely cares for the wellbeing of his patients. My hygienist Alaina was amazing, I will absolutely be requesting her next time! She did a great job of keeping me comfortable and informed throughout my cleaning. And of course the front desk staff are always great to deal with as well! I truly can’t say enough good about River City Dental, I highly recommend!
It’s a very sad day today as we are moving clinics as a result of the unprofessional, gossipy rude experience that we had with the front of house staff in addition to confusion with scheduling for children’s dental appointments. As a result of scheduling confusion, after an already two hour long wait, I had one child sitting in an exam room waiting over 40 minutes for an exam ending in tears because he was so hungry (hadn’t planned to be there through lunch).
