These folks are world class! We were having a hard time finding the bike our daughter wanted. They did everything in the power to help us and delivered big time! Their owner and David are fantastic people.
I haven’t ridden a bicycle in probably 25 years. But when my daughter finally took off without training wheels, I decided to revisit cycling. The staff at River City Cycle (especially David Hale) is extremely knowledgeable, and can fit you with a bike that’s perfect for you. I’m now riding daily with the kiddo, spending quality time with her and actually getting some exercise to boot (which for me, is really saying something). This is a great local business run by great folks. Highly recommended!
So friendly. We’ve bought multiple bikes, helmets, gear, accessories, had tune ups and millions of questions and they help with it all. Everyone is helpful and polite when it comes finding the perfect bike and accessories for yourself or family and answering any questions no matter how silly. Bonus, they know the best biking trails, when to go, and groups you can be a part of. Definitely recommend. We won’t be stopping service there any time soon. We love them!

Talk about a knowledgeable and helpful staff! I am so impressed with the way they run this business. Professional and always courteous. It’s not all about making a buck. They will offer cheaper alternatives and explain the differences. It shows how much they enjoy cycling. I will never go to another bike shop as long as they are around.
