My house was hit by a tornado on March 31, 2023. State Farm gave us the option of using their field adjuster or a Contractor through their Contractor Connection program to do the estimates. We opted for the Contractor because State Farm said it would be faster. That was not true at all. By the time that River City Contractors had submitted their estimate to State Farm many of our neighbors had already received their checks weeks ago and had some work done on their house.
