My home was one of those impacted by the March Tornado. I was fortunate enough that my home was still standing, but had suffered significant damage- I had never had to deal with repairs of that magnitude, and I didn't even know where to start. My house was hit by a tornado on March 31, 2023. State Farm gave us the option of using their field adjuster or a Contractor through their Contractor Connection program to do the estimates. We opted for the Contractor because State Farm said it would be faster. That was not true at all. By the time that River City Contractors had submitted their estimate to State Farm many of our neighbors had already received their checks weeks ago and had some work done on their house. Steve Ackin came to look at some water damage I had due to the recent cold weather. He is very professional and answered all my questions. He explained everything in detail and helped me understand the process with the insurance company. I was very pleased.
