We were having a celebration of life ceremony and used River City for the brunch. Unfortunately the carving station was left unattended halfway through the service and the steak was left pre cut and dry under the warming light. Customer support was appologetic but not helpful and didn't believe their staff would leave their station despite several guests seeing it unattended.
