Rivercity car exchange failed to deliver the 2 year warranty I paid for and would not give me a refund of the cost of the warranty. I purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 truck from River City Car Exchange in January 2014. The bill of sale included a $999 charge for a 2 year extended warranty on the truck. I hate to write a bad review without giving someone the chance to make it right, but I have been by this car lot at least 10 times in the past week and they are NEVER there. In fact it looks like they are packing up, their website is down and their phone is not working. I bought a 2001 Honda Accord 2 weeks ago, since then I have spent $1,600.00 trying to get the car running, so far no luck, it is currently still in the shop.
