They where a no call no show. We tried calling them and left messages twice. No call back.
I called this morning... Ron was able to come to my house within two hours. He fixed my dishwasher for a low price, then I asked if he would look at a burner that wasn't working, he fixed that too! He was friendly and flexible. I've added him to my phones contacts and will be reaching out whenever one of my appliances is on the fritz!
Great local appliance shop. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They give great advice and helped me fix my appliances several times even though they'd make more money on a service call.
Their service is great. They came out in a timely manner and assess our situation. The cost would very low, they don't tach on a bunch of stuff that you don't need. Sometimes a little hard to get ahold of though.
They have helped me trouble-shoot several appliance over the past few years without even charging for advise. They fixed my freezer that was barely out of warranty, were very helpful and polite.
