From our first call with Carrie to inquire about their service fee and setting an appointment for the next day, to Jasmine accommodating a last minute schedule conflict, to Josh, our service technician, we give River City Appliance 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! Josh was on time, prompt, knowledgeable and trustworthy about what our refrigerator needed! Turns out it was a small fix that cost us only $149 total! Thank you so much Josh and River City Appliance!
