I would like to thank Dr Wayne Edwards for his professionalism, expertise and genuine care during my recent elbow surgery. I was naturally anxious, but Dr Edwards knew I was a keen cyclist and we had a great chat before surgery that really took my mind off what was about to happen. This factual review is of the River City Anaesthesia, not the doctor(s). The RCA organisation demands all patient payments up-front. We waited and waited for contact by RCA to be advised of any co-payment or "gap" - advised that the RCA would contact us. 10.20am the day before, not one, but two texts arrived advising that we only had 3.5 hours to pay $500 before 2.00pm ! No BSB, no A/c # available... Had to complete online survey to get to BPay option ! No verbal explanation as to why such a scramble at the 11th hour !! Good... read more
I was grateful to have Dr Kate Ferris as my Anaesthetist. She has great bed-side manner and made me feel very comfortable. Her humour was also welcomed. Thank-you so much Dr Kate for taking good care of me during my recent surgery.
