I did not like their level of service. Unless you do what they say, they waste your time. I asked for a proof of my sign a month ago, and they sent it to me in a format that sign companies utilize (not a jpg, pdf, bmp). When I called to tell them I could not see the proof, they told me they would charge me for their time to convert it to a PDF. The communication level is none.
