My sister and I decided to move our Dad from another facility to here in May of 2023 and we are so grateful that we did! Our experience here started by being guided by caring admin and social services (TOP NOTCH), and our Dad is now taken care of by a host of precious nurses, aides, food service folks and cleaning/maintenance crews. My dad was not happy that he had to come here after leaving the hospital because of his past experiences he had from another place in Ocean Springs. I personally came and got a tour before choosing this place and had a good feeling, it looked clean, organized and professional. I’m so glad I went with my gut feeling because they’ve really done an excellent job taking care of him. I can tell in his voice that he was happy there when I call to check up on him daily. These people have the rudest front desk employees ever. I called with questions and whoever answered the phone didn’t bother to let me finish, she rudely interrupted and stated there is a waitlist and then hung up. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to utilize this service because if the clerks have attitudes like this just imagine what the nurses and care managers are like.
I moved my mother to this facility in November of 2021, and she has never been happier. She will tell people that that is her home, she is spoiled, and very well taken care of. Since moving there she has gotten her spirit back and has just come back out of her shell has made lots of friends with the other elders. This facility has a very professional team that love their elders and just all in all it's an amazing place.
