We had a wonderful experience at Riverchase Village! After 12 days in the hospital, my dad was sent there for rehab. Great choice! The staff and facilities were wonderful. Ashley, Heather, Toni, Lisa, Cornelius and ALL of his caregivers, nurses and attendants were so kind. Everyone always had a smile on their face, greeted us warmly and always asked if there was anything that we needed. The kitchen staff was fantastic, and dad LOVED the food. We had to put my dad there some months ago and moved him. Due to a stroke he was unable to feed himself and some mornings when we walked in to see him he would be just laying there with his tray of food and some of it all over him and he was laying in it as well. No one was helping feed him completely aware that he couldn’t do it himself. Not very professional or kind enough to even check on him when needed. Do better with our loved ones!!
The entire staff has been amazing. The care that my Mother received was excellent. Thank you for taking care of my Mother’s rehab.
My wife Beth stayed for about two months after her surgeries. Her initial physical therapy was very good. Patience and kindness from all the staff was deeply appreciated. All of you are very special to me!
