Hello, This is my true and honest review of living in the Tampa Maria Park and dealing with the Renters office... Where to start... The office staff lies to make a potential renter rent the trailers (AND THEY WILL LIE TO YOU BUYING THEM TOO!), I asked what the saw dust looking stuff was in all the bedrooms... The office Said it was poison for pests... That was a lie... It was from the infestation of termites... Termite swarming season is HORRIBLE!
