I’ve really enjoyed living at this mobile home park! The community is quiet, safe, and well-maintained. The management team is friendly and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. Neighbors are respectful, and the park has a nice sense of community. The grounds are clean, the roads are well-kept, and it’s clear that pride is taken in keeping the area looking nice. I’ve really enjoyed living here these past few months. No problems over here in my house! Candace has done a wonderful job at keeping me and my gf informed on everything and the fun activities she does for the community is just amazing. Feels like people actually care about my concerns or questions whenever I may have one! The maintenance guy is killer too he always is willing to help me out and lend me his trailer whenever I need to do landscaping. We bought a mobile home here at this park and fixed it up about a year ago. Since living here the park got a new manager Candace and she is such a delight! She’s very attentive and always has a great attitude. She also throws the best little community get togethers! We have had a bbq, an Easter egg hunt, back to school give away (backpacks, school supplies, & bikes), and just recently had a cute Halloween themed costume party that had a bunch of cute games for the kiddos to play.
