Located right on the Sacramento River, this park is outside of the bustle of, but within and easy commute to, Redding.
Very nice and helpful with everything and candace is very helpful and kind the park is beautiful
I recently viewed a unit at River Breeze. Even though the home wasn’t the right fit for me, the park itself was peaceful and welcoming. The manager was absolutely wonderful, and I truly loved the strong sense of community. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for another unit in this park!
My father owned a home at River breeze and passed away and management was so rude and inconsiderate trying to take the house from me before I even buried my dad. Very unprofessional and illegal what Candice the manager has already tried to do. I wouldn't recommend living there
