Currently building our house in River Bluffs. So excited to move there! Sharon Laney from the real estate office located on the property, has been so helpful and really gone out of her way for us. We went to several developments in the Wilmington Leland area and felt River Bluffs was the best for us. We love all the trees, the natural beauty of the river, all the amenities, and the people too!
We have owned three homes in River Bluffs. River Bluffs Realty has in one way or the other been involved with the purchase / sale . Sharon, Kyle, John and John have made us feel like family. Sharon has not only been part of the team , she continually provided advise and actually peace of mind during the transitions. Thank you “team”!

We moved to River Bluffs in 2015 and have watched it grow into an amazing Community. The developers had a vision and created an environmentally safe haven preserving trees and respecting all aspects of nature. Amazing amenities and 15 minutes from downtown Wilmington, Porter’s Neck and Mayfair and about 20 minutes from Wrightsville Beach and 10 minutes from the airport.
