Since this place was taken over by the new owners about 4yrs ago the grass doesn’t get mowed very often, some places it’s up to past your knees. The trash along the road and property seldom gets picked up, the rentals that received damage to the outside from the last hurricane has never been repaired. When the previous owner had it tenants were required to keep the outside picked up, no wrecked or broke down vehicles, tires, yard trash etc. The rentals were pressure washed and the common areas were kept clean, mowed, and sup... read more

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would I don't even know where to begin if they had negative star rating this place would get a 10... please do not waste your time or your money renting any units from these people.. stayed there for over a year renting a unit. The property owner does not and will not fix anything this place should be condemned and every unit out there needs to be torn down. I found this place when visiting with friends that came down to visit. I really liked the grounds and seating area near the water.
