To begin, this is a beautiful facility with a friendly staff, but my husband and I are very disappointed with the mismanagement and lack of communication among the employees—especially from the management team. Upon our first check-in, they couldn’t locate the information we had previously provided regarding our dog, which was the first red flag. We have been taking our dogs here for years. We used to get great service and care. Since they have moved to new management things have gone significantly downhill. We are no longer receiving text updates during boarding and if we do we are still charged for days we didn’t receive them. As far as packages go they have switched to a new system where we as parents can no longer track how many we have left. Couldn’t bandage my cats leg properly so I had to return 5 times for it to be redone. YES they charges EACH time to fix their mistake. If you dispute charges they ghost you and send you to collections!! Crooks!!
Riverbend Pet Center has went completely DOWNHILL. In the past few months i’ve witnessed the staffing change completely. Since the new staff change the care of the animals has not been the main priority and has completely went down. In the last week and a half alone 3 dog fights have broke out in the dog day care , One of which went UNREPORTED to the animals owners. Another one resulted in a broken foot of one of the animals.
