Es un negocio te diasnotican con alta presion de por vida quieren q seas fiel con las medicinas pero ellos no te las dan si no saca citas para renovartelas. Una pratica no muy etica. Dicen q es para cuidarte pero antes de la cita por telefono no ten envian hacerte laboratorios.
Doctors, nurses, etc. working on the front lines have been great. Bookkeeping is a joke as they do not seem to be connected to the action in the offices. Receptionists are robots who follow their manuals even if a patient is in obvious pain. A patient CANNOT CANNOT reach their Pcp even when they are calling as instructed by the dr. and nurse.
