Love River Bend! Everyone is always helpful, friendly, considerate and kind. They are always very good with dealing with my grouchy husband! Never had a bad experience. The staff and Dr know their stuff. Would highly recommend them!!
I have been seeing Brittney Harding, CRNP since she came to Hancock. She has been very caring and compassionate. When I lost my husband she was so understanding. He loved her as well. I would highly recommend her and River Bend Family Medicine as your primary care needs.
Would rate 0 if possible. Matthew Hahn is, without a doubt, the most unprofessional, irrational, and downright inconsiderate, 'doctor'(I cringe typing that word in reference to his name) I have ever had the displeasure of receiving medical service(or lack there of really) by. Judgemental, arrogant, and ignorant. Avoid this establishment at all costs.(unless you need a good laugh)
Brittany Harding, Dr. Hahn, and all of the staff are helpful and I am never rushed. Also, I've never had to wait, no one is ever running late so you don't get behind on your day.
My daughter and granddaughter are new to the practice and recently had their first visit last with Brittany, let me first start out by saying a huge thank you to Heather for going above and beyond for my granddaughter and getting her an appointment as quickly as she did, my granddaughter is unfortunately going through the life in high school and finding out how horrible some girls can be, it gave her such anxiety to go back.
