I feel that it is very important to add that it seems Jay saw this review and refunded my session and voided his claim with my insurance. My original review is as follows: Jay Jeter (the owner and primary counselor) hurried me off the phone 30 minutes into our 60 minute session, clearly had not read any notes about me, and seemed way more interested in up selling their classes (not covered by any insurance, but you do get a certificate!!) than helping me out. The front office staff is always welcoming and has been very helpful when I've had questions about my insurance. They are always willing to help me schedule appointment times that fit my needs.
I just want to say how impressed I was with how professional everyone was. This is the first time I have seeked counseling and I can admit I was apprehensive about it.
