If someone would have asked 5-10 years could I see myself goin to anger management. I woulda got defensive more than likely. This place was absolutely amazing! I CANNOT stress enough how much Ms. Kaatz has helped me in the time I've known her. My anxiety has caused me a lot of problems over the years, but with her help I feel like I have the tools and know-how to better deal with my problems.
