If someone would have asked 5-10 years could I see myself goin to anger management. I woulda got defensive more than likely. Probably would have gotta aggregated over the thought of sitting in a room kinda like AA, talkin bout my problems. I woulda laughed in there face and said you’d never catch me goin to that.. This place was absolutely amazing! I CANNOT stress enough how much Ms. Kaatz has helped me in the time I've known her. My anxiety has caused me a lot of problems over the years, but with her help I feel like I have the tools and know-how to better deal with my problems.
