Great place to live. Clean, well kept. Pool is very nice, salt water pool. Close to highway and 5 min away from the commuter train. Very close to route 44, with plenty of shopping.
Riverbend was a great place to own my first condo while myself and my wife built up our savings to buy our first home. Unfortunately, our schedule got accelerated by a bad neighbor who felt it necessary to blast loud hip hop music at odd hours of the night, even after property management and local PD visits. Nonetheless, I won’t let that sour the experience. Jay Toro and Deborah (the property managers at the time) were very attentive and helpful within their means.
