0 stars I’m not sure you want me to publicly review your new hotel. However I am going to if the issue is not resolved. This was the worst stay I have ever had at any casino, I am a gold card carrier at Downstream. I frequent several hotels in the area as a part of my business, and I have never had a worst stay. I was up sold the “stay and play” for free play, and a meal voucher I didn’t get the chance to use. I entered the room and a bed was not made. Appeared to have been slept in a s not made up. fire your staff with bad attitudes my family came to town I recommended your casino and motel and they were treated very badly by front desk very very rude
How can you improve?? Pay out $$ occasionally!! Don't waste your time or $$ stopping at this 1 folks! There are several more casino's (12) within a 15 mile radius..you're better off to pass this 1 by..unless you just like to lose! This is a well known fact to those of us in the area..the word has been out for awhile..& i can't defend them anymore!
