There were storms in the area tonight and the machines went to hand pay, we have sat here 4 hours waiting to cash out of a game. There are probably a couple dozen people still waiting as we are, I even saw ocean asleep at his game waiting and several people just left leaving money behind because of the ridiculous wait time.

Had their servers go down, waited 2 hours for a hamdpayout. No sorry, no compensation, just excuses.

I really like what they have done with place. Went there for the karaoke contest did not win but had a great time. Looks like river bend will be a place that my wife and I will have to play at from time to time. Friendly Staff and lots of slots to choose from. Plus never seen this at any other casino a smoke free bar. Please keep up the great work and soon you will be that casino that people will pass all the others to play at.
