Great management and excellet service. I've lived all over Texas, and the team at River Bend has been the most responsive I've seen in any area. They are all exceptionally polite and very honest. Great team, great location, and excellent price point.
I lived here for 4yrs great place to stay. Get along great with my neighbors staff is always there even on the weekend and always willing to help.
I moved into RiverBend Apartments 2 years ago and have loved every moment since then. Management is amazing! The residents are nice and friendly. Also, if there has ever been a problem, submitting for maintenance to come is an easy process and they come in a timely manner to handle your problem. Definitely recommend if you're looking to move here. Another plus, they're right across the street from Wharton High School, Wharton Junior High School and the City Pool. :)
