For the last year I've been trying to get River Bear Tree Care to come take down some trees in my yard. I've spoken with the owner several times and have set up 2 appointments with him. Both times he was a no show. No excuses, no apologies, no contact at all...just didn't show up after I waited all day for him. The only reason I've been waiting so long for an appointment is because he came so highly recommended (and I'm not in a hurry). Had a tree with top snapped out of it from yesterday’s quick wind burst, it was leaning toward our neighbor’s back deck. Mickey and his crew came within a few hours of my call and took it down. Did excellent cleanup job without any damage to any structures or other trees. Was also affordable! Highly recommend them!!

This is a very capable tree climbing crew with experience in trees from the north and the south. Very knowlegeable in arborist fundamentals. I would recomend this company to anyone.
